2. Zakres usług
   Firma specjalizuje się w produkcji i sprzedaży garaży blaszanych, stalowych hal, carportów oraz konstrukcji na zamówienie.

3. Składanie zamówień i zawarcie umowy

   • Zamówienia można składać poprzez stronę internetową, eBay.de, drogą mailową lub telefonicznie.

   • Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta w momencie potwierdzenia zamówienia przez firmę.

4. Ceny i płatności

   • Wszystkie ceny są wyrażone w EUR lub PLN i zawierają 19% VAT (dla klientów z Niemiec) lub 23% VAT (dla klientów z Polski), o ile nie zaznaczono inaczej.

   • Standardowe warunki płatności: 20% zaliczki przy zamówieniu, pozostała kwota płatna przy dostawie/montażu.

5. Dostawa i montaż

   • Dostawy realizujemy na terenie Polski, Niemiec, Austrii.

   • Standardowy termin dostawy wynosi 4–8 tygodni od potwierdzenia zamówienia, chyba że ustalono inaczej.

   • Montaż wykonywany jest przez własne ekipy montażowe lub przez klienta (po uzgodnieniu).

6. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

   • Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania towaru.

   • Zwrot możliwy jest tylko w stanie nienaruszonym i kompletnym.

   • Koszty transportu zwrotnego ponosi klient.

7. Gwarancja i reklamacje

   • Na konstrukcje stalowe udzielana jest gwarancja producenta na okres 12 miesięcy.

   • Reklamacje należy zgłaszać mailowo na hortogarage@gmail.com, dołączając zdjęcia oraz opis problemu.

8. Odpowiedzialność

   • Firma nie odpowiada za szkody wynikające z nieprawidłowego użytkowania garażu.

   • W przypadku opóźnień w dostawie odpowiedzialność ogranicza się do zwrotu zaliczki lub kosztów transportu.

9. Prawo właściwe

   • W sprawach nieuregulowanych zastosowanie ma prawo polskie.

   • Sądem właściwym do rozstrzygania sporów jest sąd w Krakowie.

2. Leistungen
   Wir produzieren und verkaufen Blechgaragen, Stahlhallen, Carports und Sonderkonstruktionen nach Maß.

3. Bestellungen und Vertragsschluss

   • Bestellungen können über die Website, eBay.de, per E-Mail oder telefonisch erfolgen.

   • Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald wir Ihre Bestellung schriftlich bestätigen.

4. Preise und Zahlungen

   • Alle Preise verstehen sich in EUR inkl. 19 % MwSt., sofern nicht anders angegeben.

   • Standard: 20 % Anzahlung bei Auftragserteilung, Restzahlung nach Lieferung/Montage.

5. Lieferung und Montage

   • Lieferung in Deutschland, Österreich, und Polen.

   • Übliche Lieferzeit: 4–8 Wochen nach Bestätigung.

   • Montage durch unser Team oder durch den Kunden (nach Absprache).

6. Widerrufsrecht

   • Verbraucher haben das Recht, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware vom Vertrag zurückzutreten.

   • Rückgabe nur im unbeschädigten und vollständigen Zustand.

   • Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde.

7. Garantie und Reklamationen

   • Garantie: 12 Monate auf die Stahlkonstruktion.

   • Reklamationen bitte per E-Mail an hortogarage@gmail.com mit Fotos und Beschreibung.

8. Haftung

   • Keine Haftung für Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung.

   • Bei Lieferverzug ist die Haftung auf die Rückzahlung der Anzahlung oder Transportkosten beschränkt.

9. Anwendbares Recht

   • Es gilt das polnische Recht.

   • Gerichtsstand: Krakau, Polen.

2. Scope of services
   We manufacture and sell metal garages, steel halls, carports, and custom steel constructions.

3. Orders and contract conclusion

   • Orders can be placed via website, eBay.de, e-mail, or phone.

   • The sales contract is concluded once we confirm the order in writing.

4. Prices and payments

   • Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT (19% for Germany / 23% for Poland), unless otherwise stated.

   • Standard payment terms: 20% advance upon order, remaining balance upon delivery/installation.

5. Delivery and installation

   • Delivery available in Poland, Germany, Austria.

   • Typical delivery time: 4–8 weeks after confirmation.

   • Installation by our team or by the customer (upon agreement).

6. Right of withdrawal

   • Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods.

   • Goods must be returned in undamaged, complete condition.

   • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty and complaints

   • 12 months warranty on steel construction.

   • Complaints must be sent via e-mail with description and photos.

8. Liability

   • No liability for damages caused by improper use.

   • In case of delivery delay, liability is limited to refund of advance or transport costs.

9. Applicable law

   • Polish law shall apply.

   • Place of jurisdiction: Krakow, Poland.
